We have it all in so many ways. Sports included. Minneapolis or Saint Paul is home "turf" for professional teams from all arenas: baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer and lacrosse. Decked out in purple and gold. Sporting a Wild jersey. Homer Hanky in tow. Our fans are fanatical and our spirit contagious.

The roster isn't full yet. We cheer for collegiate athletes with the same vigor. Pom poms will be flying when Gopher football returns to campus for the 2009 season, kicking off in a new stadium. The Minnesota Twins are moving outdoors to start the 2010 season at a new downtown Minneapolis stadium.
